Soap Bar has opened a fourth location, notorious for providing shared spaces for smaller businesses looking for low rent and the ease of not having to manage utilities, rent, rates, and body corporate payments.
For proof of concept, check out our latest success, Soap Bar Richmond, which shares it’s space with The Waffle Press, Soap Bar Carlton which shares with Aurora Espresso and Soap Bar Brunswick which shares with Dooba DIY dog wash.
This time looking to share a space with a food business that will cater to the demographic of Uni students, school students and the fit Hawthorn residence. This busy intersection has many exsisting shops which have lots of foot traffic and businesses in the area, this corner is missing Sushi, fresh salad and juices, bubble tea or something a little different would go down a treat. It’s on two major tram stops, between two large universities, lots of school and high density living, lots of busy medical practices, barbers, hairdressers, post office and retail shops. Unlike Lower Glenferrie road, this has much better access via tram and car.
The available space is window frontage, aprox 48 Square metres at the front, within a 115 Square metre space, with a car spot, storage and bathroom. The weekly rent of $500 includes all utilities (Water, Gas, Electricity) , internet, music subscription, rates and all other payments normally required for a commercial lease. It’s a great opportunity to start a business or open your second location with a lot less capital and a little less risk.
Food Permits, Street Trading permits and property insurance are not included. Our ideal applicant will have a modern fit-out style, be clean friendly and easy going, just like us.
Feel free to email me with questions and ideas or visit our existing stores. Hawthorn is scheduled to open very soon. www.soap-bar.com.au
