    Welcome to Officenexus, Perth’s newest hot desking and co-working office.  Our unique, contemporary co-working space is filled with natural light and offers both formal and informal work areas. It boasts everything you’d expect from a modern office including unlimited high speed, secure internet both wired and wireless, various meeting/function and conference rooms, administrative support, document printing and private telephone booths for when open plan doesn’t suit.

    At Officenexus, we believe every business is unique – different meetings call for different settings which is why we have six meeting rooms and two function areas that can accommodate everything from business meetings to after parties. We believe a day at the office should be informal and productive but we also understand that in business, image is everything – we keep our staff and reception area professional at all times so you can make a good impression when welcoming guests to our premises.

    We are bridging the gap between a traditional office and the ultra-casual style typically seen in co-working offices by offering a relaxed informal office space – work from a desk, couch or beanbag, whilst accessing a more traditional style reception and meeting areas for when you want to project a professional image.

    Our different meeting rooms have their own personalities and are all equipped to facilitate electronic presentations or training videos:

    Library room – settle into the leather wing-back armchairs, surrounded by opulent wallpaper and velvet curtains, perfect for one-on-one meetings and interviews.

    Retro Room – our bright retro inspired room comfortably seats five at a round table – great for brainstorming and creative meetings.

    Mojito room – a relaxed style boardroom catering for eight great for conference calls.

    Martini room – perfect for training and presentations with a huge whiteboard wall and room for six.

    Nightclub room – VIP lounge style seating for up to ten complete with disco ball to get the party started.

    Boardroom – for when you really want to be taken seriously! Features wood clad ceiling, fourteen leather, executive chairs and conference call facilities.

    We also have a function room and roof top terrace. Catering is available to all our meeting and function spaces.
