We are looking to sub-let 6 desks (set up as workstations of 3 per side with privacy screen) within our office space located in a modern warehouse location in Alexandria.
This space would ideally suit a small creative team (between 2-6 people) to share with a digital education agency of 11 people. The office space has high industrial ceilings and lighting, plenty of natural light, polished timber floors and is located on the upper level facing the street. The office has fully ducted air-con, alarm system, male and female toilets within the office, kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee machine etc. The office space is fully furnished with break out areas – all you need to bring is your own computers, files, and equipment. Cleaning is also included however you would need to install your own secure internet service and phones if required. Our agency members work remotely on Fridays so you would have full autonomy of the office on Fridays.
Close to public transport and approx. 15 mins walk from Green Square. Does not include parking.
Available for sub-lease at $540 per week immediately.
Creative or digital team/studio preferred as there could be potential to provide assistance to our agency with overflow work.
