I have a well established hair salon in the Highgate Hill area on Gladstone road and been in business since 2006 and work one on one and the whole shop is a 100 square meter and i currently live in the back and the room was previously a beauty room 5 years ago and now I’m looking at renting the room to a beauty therapist as it’s been a big demand from my client and it’s in a very busy area and lots of passing trades..
The room is enclosed and have its own hand bassin so nothing need doing except a fresh coat of paint..
I also have lots of room in my salon and looking at giving the opportunity to a fully qualified hairstylist colourist to rent a chair and become thier own boss without the headaches of big bonds and years of lease attached to opening your own business .
Alternatively if you’re happy to work hard and i will offer the right candidate a 40% commission on what you bring in through the door for the week?.
