If you are looking for a budget venue to have your wedding or function consider the Glades Motor Inn, Woy Woy. We have 23 rooms, which can accommodate between 2 – 4 people per room depending the room type. Or room rates vary between $110 – $140 per night for weeknight stays.

Our rooms are clean and basic, each room has it’s own bathroom. If you are looking for 5 star accommodation we are not for you. 

Family reunions can be set up in a relaxed environment, with the use of our BBQ area and people sitting around. The ground floor rooms all back out onto a lawn area, which has access to the pool. You can sit outside your room and watch the kids play in a safe environment. There is plenty of lawn area to use for your requirements. 

We don’t have a time restriction for when your event has to finish, however we ask you keep noise to a reasonable level after 10 pm as we are located in an residential area.

The price advertised here may vary depending on your requirements, or how many people will be in the rooms. Weekend, holiday and public holiday rates are higher.

How it works:

• Book our whole Motel between Monday to Thursday night.
• All rooms must be used, you can choose to pay or your guests can pay for their own room individually.
• You get to use our grounds at no additional cost.
• We have a laundry if needed
• You organise and arrange your own catering and beverages.
• We have a BBQ area that could be used at no additional cost.
• You organise decorations and props if needed.

Conditions

• All rooms must be booked.
• No use of the pool during the wedding or function.
• No confetti
• No bands
• Open to a DJ if the music is not ultra loud.
• No smoking in rooms and designated non-smoking areas.
• Our grounds must be cleaned up after your function and all rubbish placed into our rubbish skip. We can organize cleaning at your own expense if needed as well.
• All damage must be paid for by the contact person making the booking.
• $500 cleaning bond is required, this will be returned to you if you clean the area.
• The garden area must be cleaned by 10am and all guests must be check out.

We are open to discussing your wedding or planned event and happy to discuss your needs. We reserve the right to refuse specific functions.
