We have the front 2 rooms at Yass Chiropractic available for rent, preferably for Allied Health or Complementary Health or even Medical providers. You will be working alongside an open-minded Chiropractor who enjoys working in a multi-disciplinary clinic. I would particularly like a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner to join me.
Both rooms are 3.5m x3.5m, have higher ceilings, natural light with windows and blinds, carpet, reasonable paint job and lockable doors.
Reception is available on Tue/Thu/Fri/Sat at no extra cost and Wifi is also free. There is a kitchenette, bathroom, and parking out the rear.
Rooms can be semi-furnished or unfurnished, your choice.
$10/hr, $300/wk or $1200/mth. Would prefer it to be rented for at least 3 full days a week, but will consider less than that.
Located just one block back from the main street, right next to ALDI. Lots of passerbys. You can put your advertisements up out the front and on the side of the building, no extra cost.
