Currently leased as a dessert bar specializing in egg waffles and cold drinks that trades from 3 – 10/10:30 pm Tuesday to Sunday.
We are looking for a Café operator to lease out the morning component of the dessert bar and use allocated spaces for café equipment such as a milk fridge, coffee machine, hot bain marie, and others to suit their needs.
Other amenities such as hand wash basin, mop sink, prep sink, ice machine, tables, chairs, CCTV, alarm, POS machine, money till, and prep space have already been built and available to the tenant as well (subject to formal arrangements).
Basically, all the operator will need is to organize all the equipments they wish to bring in and further consultation of the final process can be discussed further.
