We have approx. 220m2 attached to one of our locations in the Phillip area, This space is set up as a boxing facility with Jigsaw matting on the floors and Punching bags on the sides of the room. This room could be useful for martial arts, Yoga,or almost any large group activity.
You can Rent this space on a regular basis at Just $90 per hour. There is not unlimited availability but times are negotiable. Rental fee is negotiable if a regular fixed booking is sought over multiple days per week.
It would be expected that the room is always left clean and tidy as it was when you arrive.
