The room is part of a small suite of professional offices located on Level 1 of New Farm Shopping Village at 85 Merthyr Road (Corner Brunswick Street) New Farm in Brisbane.
New Farm Professional Suites has been operating since 1997 and our tenants are usually of “long-standing” Office space rarely becomes available and this particular office is in a prime position within the Suite.
The Office was originally occupied by a Counsellor for many years furnished with settees, coffee tables and a small desk. Then for a short period it was occupied as a “general office” and fitted out with the white desk and matching bookcase shown in the Photographs. The choice of set-up can be the incoming tenants and they can bring their own furniture in and design their own space if they so wish.
