Semi-private office share Manly

A semi-private area with 2 desks available in friendly shared office in the heart of Manly directly opposite the city ferry. $250 per week (or $220 for 1 year commitment) includes 2 desks & chairs, 2 lounge chairs, cupboard, small shelves and expenses (internet and electricity). The areas has 3 enclosed walls and one section open, with access to a shared fridge, microwave, lounge and dining area. This would be a service agreement for 6 months minimum. We are a husband wife team (with a few colleagues) who have a 50 m2 total office space in Manly. We are authors, facilitators and consultants in leadership development, creative thinking and innovation (mainly for MNCs) and are ideally looking for people who are like minded to share with. We are looking for professionals who are predominantly computer based (the space is not so suitable for visiting clients). We travel overseas a great deal so it’s nice to share a space and ideas as an innovation hub and yet keep independent.
