- We are a shared arts and community org studio and we have one desk opening up in September. The studio is shared with a few artists and a small community organisation.
We manage the space ourselves (no agencies) and we have a creative and community-oriented environment. You’ll have 24 hour access to the space in the Nicholas Building (37 Swanston Street).The $75/week rent includes electricity and internet. We ask that everyone pay one month of rent in advance as a bond and a $55 key deposit. This is returned when you move out.
