Space Usage Ideas

When we think of residential leases, homes are inevitably the first thing that comes to mind. Sure, if you’ve got a nice apartment or a spacious bungalow, renting it out to home-seekers is an excellent – and intuitive - source of revenue. But residential leasing goes beyond home rental. Many space-starved city-dwellers are desperate for extra parking or storage space – just ask your neighbours! If you’re fortunate enough to be located near a shopping belt, sports venue or business district, suburbanites are often more than happy to pay for the privilege of parking in your driveway and avoiding extortionate council parking fees. And for those of us lucky enough to live in the country, you’d be surprised how high the demand is for boat docks, cattle sheds and crop silos.

Keep an open mind when you peruse our proposals for residential space-use, and you might just stumble across a gem of an idea that helps you break into the residential lease market!
